You may carry additional insurance that may reimburse you for Chiropractic care. We are happy to offer direct billing for most major insurance companies. Please ask our front desk staff if we currently provide direct billing for your specific provider.
We currently do not accept WorkSafe claims
Cancellation Policy:
We kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice of cancellation, or a 100% missed appointment fee will be applied to your account. We are more than happy to reschedule your appointment with advanced notice if you are unable to attend your reserved time. Payment for all treatments, whether private or insured, is required at the time of service and ultimately the responsibility of that patient. Please inform our staff if you have been injured in a motor vehicle accident, work-related Injury, carry a Veteran Affairs Card, member of the RCMP or Armed Forces.
